Sarah Faitak
Sarah Faitak, RN, BSN is retired after a career which included a variety of positions primarily in women’s health. For the final 17 years of her career, Sarah was the Director of The Breast Center. She is a founding member of the Arkansas Breast Cancer Specialists (ABCS) and currently serves as the Community Representative. Sarah was instrumental in starting a chapter of the Susan G. Komen Foundation in NW Arkansas, serving as President and Grants Chair for many years. She was a delegate to the Susan G. Komen International Summitt on Breast Cancer held in Budapest, Hungary in 2009. Currently she volunteers at the Washington Regional J.B. Hunt Transport Services Cancer Support Home and is Vice Chair of the board of the NWA Center for Sexual Assault.
