Dr. Hannah Blanton is a dedicated and compassionate breast imaging radiologist at The Breast Center, where she specializes in the interpretation of screening and diagnostic imaging and performs interventional breast procedures. She is passionate about educating women on breast health, emphasizing the importance of early detection, and enhancing the patient experience for those facing a breast cancer diagnosis.
Dr. Blanton completed her Diagnostic Radiology Residency at the Medical University of South Carolina, where she was honored to serve as Chief Resident. During her training, she also served on the House Staff Peer Review Committee and held leadership roles as the Women in Radiology Resident Coordinator and the Diagnostic Radiology Social Media Coordinator.
Dr. Blanton is board-certified in diagnostic breast imaging by the American College of Radiology. She earned her medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine, where she was a Student Ambassador and participated in the Kansas to Kenya Medical Mission Trip. As an undergraduate at Oklahoma State University, Dr. Blanton founded The Little Red Heart Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides financial support and comfort items to pediatric transplant patients and their families.
Dr. Blanton is an active member of the Society of Breast Imaging, the American College of Radiology, and the Radiological Society of North America.
